Conscious breathing is a powerful and safe technique that helps us delve into the deeper aspects of ourselves. It facilitates the connection to our own innate wisdom and facilitating the ability to open up to higher levels of consciousness and allowing us to go deeper into our inner resources. A clarity of thoughts and beliefs are often brought to the surface which helps with the decisions we can then make to live a life with more abundance and joy.
Breathing acts as a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, between the mind and the memories stored in our bodies. It can bring about an awareness to see unhelpful belief patterns that we have built up about ourselves and by identifying them we can take responsibility to change these thought processes and dissolve the limiting beliefs we have about ourselves.
