Come and experience how you can use your breath to relax and delve deep into your inner self. I provide a safe and nurturing space within which we will work together and I guide and support you through your breathing session.
The power of our own breath is held within each of us. It is our own, free, limitless resource that we can discover and find our own inner wisdom. This is a simple, gentle, yet powerful technique that brings a greater sense of self awareness and personal growth. Breath-work can help to release physical, emotional and mental blockages that may be stopping us from living our full potential. I have experienced and seen first hand how it can also really help with mental clarity, anxiety, stress, boosting the immune system, as well as bringing a sense of peace, bliss and relaxation to your whole self.
How the session runs:
After you have settled, I will spend roughly 20 minutes checking in with you, where you can share any key issues you would like to work on. I will help you become familiar with the safe and unobtrusive ‘conscious connected breathing’ technique which is the basis of ‘rebirthing‘ breath-work.
Lying comfortably on your back for roughly the next hour I will hold a safe space for you to ride the waves of your breath, supporting you with what ever comes up. I may use some of my sound healing instruments, voice and/or music to facilitate the session.
Towards the end I will encourage you to turn on your side and relax while I prepare a tea for you. We will then spend some time reflecting on the session and grounding before you head home. I also will help you practice certain breathing exercises/techniques for you to integrate into your daily life and to use as a life long tool.
I offer a free half hour consultation/ chat for you to ask any questions and to see if you want to work with me. This can be carried out separately or before your first session.
Sessions are 2 hours long -£65
I do have a sliding scale, so if you need that please let me know.
I recommend a course of 10 sessions (although this is not necessary), if you do commit to this then your last session is half price.
