Giving yourself time to relax is so important for your mind and soul. Deep Relaxation promotes brainwaves that lead to the release of subconscious issues. It also provides your body with the much needed rest it requires to restore regenerate and bring healing to your organs, cells and general well being.
During this session I will make sure you are comfortable laying on your back and I will guide you through some simple relaxation breathing. I will then use beautiful sound therapy instruments that will bring a deeper relaxation and a sense of openness to your being. The resonance of these instruments bring vibrations into your body that work on a deeper restorative level.
When the session is over I will give you time to gently come back with a cup of tea and supportive discussion.
